This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) describes the terms under which Voxvey Research LLC (“Voxvey”) processes personal data on behalf of customers using the Voxvey gateway and related services.
Where applicable, the customer is the controller (or business) and Voxvey is the processor (or service provider), processing personal data solely to provide the Services.
Voxvey processes personal data only in accordance with the customer’s instructions and the terms of the Services and this DPA.
Voxvey implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Voxvey may engage subprocessors to support the Services. Voxvey remains responsible for subcontractors as required by applicable law.
To the extent required by law, Voxvey assists the customer in responding to requests from data subjects.
Personal data may be transferred across borders to provide the Services. Voxvey uses appropriate safeguards to comply with applicable requirements.
Voxvey will notify the customer of a personal data breach without undue delay where notification is required by applicable law.
This DPA is incorporated into and governed by the customer’s agreement with Voxvey. In case of conflict, this DPA controls with respect to data protection obligations.
